He’s so kind and caring, and use such positive reinforcement with your dog, rather than the intimidating correction techniques other trainers use. Tom is a proverbial dog whisperer par excellence. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My Yorkie puppy, Tommy (both April 29, 2023), was very co-operative during Tom's sessions, while I learnt a great deal about dogs I didn't previously know! This has all been invaluable in understanding Tommy's behaviour, which has made training him a pleasure.
